Once we have confirmed the dates you require are available we will hold the booking provisionally for 5 days. In order to confirm your booking a deposit of £150/$200 per week or part week is required along with the completed booking form. For bookings made less than 10 weeks prior to arrival the full payment and security bond is required. Only persons named on the booking form will be allowed to stay in the villa and the lead name, by signing the booking form, accepts and agrees to the terms and conditions on behalf of the whole party. Florida State Law prohibits subletting and any persons not shown on the booking form will be asked to vacate the property. Our villa is licensed to sleep a maximum of 12 people and the lead name must be aged 25 or over.
Full payment including Security Bond is payable no later than 10 weeks prior to the date of departure and the owner reserves the right to cancel the booking if the full balance is not paid by this date.
A security bond of £200/$300 is required with the payment of balance and will be returned to you within 21 days of vacating the property providing there are no breakages or damage caused during the rental period.
If you wish to cancel your booking once it has been confirmed, you must do so in writing. Cancellation charges will apply as follows:
Up to 10 weeks notice = Loss of Deposit
Less than 10 weeks notice = 100% of the rental charge
In the event of circumstances beyond our control requiring us to cancel your booking all monies paid will be refunded.
You are strongly advised to ensure that all members of your party have adequate travel/medical insurance cover for the duration of your travel. We will not be liable for any loss or delay caused by events beyond our control including: war, civil commotion, flight delays or cancellations, adverse weather conditions, fire, flood or industrial dispute.
We do not accept any liability for any injury however caused as a result of the use of the pool. It is your responsibility to supervise children at all times. The pool area is alarmed and it is an offence to remove or tamper with the alarm. Please do not take glass into the pool area, picnic ware is provided for your use. If glass gets into the pool it will need to be emptied and cleaned professionally and you will be responsible for the charges this will incur.
Smoking is not permitted in the villa. Smoking is allowed in the pool area and ashtrays are provided.
No Pets are allowed in the villa or pool area.
If you experience any problems or have any complaints you must contact our local management company to enable them to assist and rectify the problem within a reasonable time.
The villa will be available for occupation from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. This enables the villa to be cleaned thoroughly before the next guests arrive.
