Family Room

The family room is light and airy with a high vaulted ceiling and ceiling fan. It is beautifully furnished for your comfort with three large sofas and is the perfect place to relax at the end of the day. Overlooking the pool area, everything you could want is at hand. There is a large television with over 90 cable channels, a dvd/vcr with a selection of dvd's and videos, stereo cd system and a selection of cds. There is also a selection of board games for children and the whole family.

Nook

The nook area is just off the kitchen and is the ideal place to enjoy breakfast before taking a dip in the pool. Along with the table and chairs there are bar stools.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need whether you are cooking a full three course meal or preparing a quick snack. As well as a full range of crockery there is picnic ware for you to use in the pool area if you prefer to dine al fresco.

Dining Room

Elegant dining room for formal or informal meals.

Master Bedroom

The master bedroom with queen size bed is on the ground floor and overlooks the pool area. There is a tv/dvd with over 90 cable channels, alarm clock, ceiling fan and a large dressing table with mirror and plenty of drawer space. The master suite has a large garden tub, walk-in shower cubicle and his and hers vanity sinks and a separate wc room. A hairdryer is provided for your use and there are shaving sockets and large mirrors with lighting. There is also a large walk-in closet with plenty of hanging space.

Ground Floor Twin

The ground floor twin has a large closet. In this room you will find our pc with high speed broadband internet access to enable you to keep in touch and check your emails. We have a VOIP telephone which you can use to make international calls free of charge. There is a television with cable channels and an X-Box with a selection of games. The downstairs shower room is close by just across the hallway.

Games Room

If you can drag yourself away from the pool we have converted the garage into a games room where the whole family can enjoy themselves. There is a large pool table/air hockey, a foosball table, electronic dartboard and a basketball machine. We have two floor standing fans to keep you cool.

Upstairs Queen Room

The upstairs queen room overlooks the pool and also has a ceiling fan. There is a tv with cable channels and a large closet and dressing table with mirror.

Children's Twin Room

The children's twin room is at the front of the house and has a large closet. In this room you will find a book-case with lots of books for children of all ages and large lego blocks for younger children to play with.

The Gold Bedroom

The Gold room is loctated off the upstairs gallery and is tastefully decorated with full size bed. You will find ample storage space here. Along with a large mirrored dresser with drawers there are two bedside units.

This room also has a large walk in wardrobe where the rollaway beds are stored should they be needed.

Pool Area

The pool area has sun loungers and a table and chairs so that you can dine al fresco. The pool enjoys the Florida sunshine from late morning until sunset. The door leading to the pool area is alarmed for the safety of children.
